Exchange Policy

Goods sold are non-refundable. Exchange is strictly for defect uniform only.

Uniform size exchange is strictly not allowed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct size. You can try the uniform that fit your child at school general office.

Original receipt is needed for exchange within 7 days from date of receive the uniform shipment.

Uniform should be in its new and original condition. Uniform must be in its original packaging, must not be worn, washed, soiled, altered, tampered with, or damaged due to negligence.

If you need to exchange an item due to a defect, please take a photo of the defective part and email it to contact@harvestuniform.com. Once the claim is approved, you will receive an email with approval and instructions for the exchange process.
